All interested parties are welcome as long as everyone acknowledges at least the baseline respect necessary to get along
No members of the Mnemio guild
No Jade Kingdom characters
The background “Old Soul” cannot be taken at 5 dots as starting characters could never be as powerful as they would need to be at over a thousand years old
Intimation is not allowed to characters
Characters cannot start with more than 3 dots in any one art
Characters from “exotic” dark kingdoms need 1, a damn good reason for being in Regal Oak and 2, storyteller approval
Shadows are not played by the psyche player but another member of the troupe
The storyteller has final say
